Training and Support
A tailored programme for you and your staff
Training is fundamental to our continued success at Strip.
All franchisees will undergo a comprehensive training programme learning about their unique back office systems in head office along with on-site shadowing in a company boutique. This will ensure that you are confident in the Strip product range, boutique operation and understand their business systems.
After onsite training, you will be supported through a comprehensive operations manual containing all the essential information you need to succeed.
Your team of therapists will receive a 3 stage training programme that will commence two weeks prior to the opening of the salon. This will ensure maximum efficiency and you have the correct appointed therapists levels within your boutique.
Assistance with your site selection, shop fitting, a launch package, territorial advertisement and day-to-day support.
Financial Information
Unique product, unique opportunity with the potential to turn over £220,000 in your first year…
The Initial franchise fee is only £15,000 and the Franchise will require approximately £60K to fit out a new 900 square foot boutique including initial training, launch campaign, legal costs, opening stock, till system/licence, shop fitting and office set up.
As the company has sole distribution rights to the waxing products that are sold to the franchises at a discounted price the franchisee will be able to achieve margins far higher than they would if they went into business on their own.
Each Strip boutique will also gain privilege discount rights on selected stock from our recommended lingerie brands and associated lines generating significant additional income. This also applies to the Software and telecommunication set up cost being reduced.
Each franchise agreement is for a fixed period of 5 years with an option to renew.
