After over fifteen years working in advertising and marketing for a wide range of companies including M&C Saatchi and more recently as Head of Marketing for Innocent Drinks, I decided I needed a new challenge and more importantly the sense of satisfaction, reward and motivation I felt had been lacking in working for other people for so many years.
